Updated and tastefully decorated in country decor, the Blue Quill, offers a distinctive fishing theme throughout. With 3 bedrooms, the cottage will comfortably sleep 4-7* guests. It also offers a well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, living room complete with an equipped fly tying area and a screened porch. The exterior of the cottage has a wrap around deck and gas barbecue. The Blue Quill's master bedroom has a queen-sized bed while the second bedroom provides one full bed and one twin bed and the third bedroom one twin bed. Two comfortable folding beds will sleep the fifth-seventh person. Renting the Blue Quill will provide access to the lower property which provides private access to the famed pools of the lower Beaverkill along with a screened porch, firepit, folding chairs, picnic table, hammock and charcoal barbecues for your relaxation and entertainment. The field down by the river is also large enough for throwing around a ball, playing badminton, etc. Bring the family!
