Tight Lines offers guided fly fishing trips, through independent guides, throughout the northern NJ and southern NY area. This region includes the tributaries to the Delaware in NJ such as the Flatbrook, Musconetcong and Pequest. In addition to the South Branch of the Raritan and other fine NJ streams.  We also provide guided trips into the Catskills of NY. Both wade and float trips are available. In the Catskills fish rivers such as the Willowemoc, Beaverkill and the East, West and main-stem of the Delaware. Float trips are only available on the Delaware rivers. Learn the famous rivers of the Roscoe area or fish the Delaware River system for some of the hardest wild trout in the country to catch and also the hardest fighting. Many fish are caught in the 18-20+ inch range every season in both NJ and NY.

On our trips expect more then just learning new water and catching some fish. We also focus on education to teach you specific techniques for casting, reading water, fishing with dries, nymphs and streamers, knots, presentation, etc. In addition to having a good time we want our clients to have a good understanding of the water we were fishing along with the techniques and fundamentals to be more successful on their own.

Below is a list of rates for our guided trips.

• New Jersey wade trips** - NJ offers great fishing a short ride for many folks living in the NY metro area.  With many rivers available, NJ offers a great experience a short ride from home.
  Half day $150 for one angler and $250 for two or Full day $300 for 1 or 2 people.
  
• Catskill New York wade trips** - These trips are a great way to learn some of the best waters on the east coast. Learn to read water, understand entomology (bug life on a trout stream), presentation, rising fish forms, etc.
  1 or 2 People - $250 half day or $325 full day.
  
• Delaware River float trips** - The Delaware rivers (West and East branches and the main-stem) are the finest rivers on the east coast for quality dry fly fishing. They are also tremendous nymph and streamer fisheries. These large tail-waters are ideal for float fishing. Expect exciting and extremely educational fishing. These trips will tune your skills.
  1 or 2 People - $350 full day.
